Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms do not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under French and EU law.
The site and its content
All content on this site — including text, images, layout and design — is owned by Paris Talents or by the respective artists and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Works, descriptions and pricing
Most works are unique. Descriptions, dimensions and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors; the binding price and availability are those confirmed during checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, refunding any amount paid.
Orders and payment
Purchases are completed through Stripe-hosted checkout. A contract is formed only when payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the stated currency; applicable taxes (including VAT where due) are determined in accordance with law.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Where you purchase as a consumer, you may benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code, subject to the exceptions provided by law. To exercise it, contact us within the period at the address in our Legal Notice. [Confirm any sector-specific terms for original works and the return process.]
Advisory services
Advisory sessions are booked and paid through Cal.com. Rescheduling and cancellation conditions are shown at the time of booking.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers. Last updated: [date].
